A Toolkit to Scam Facebook Users

In underground forums, blackhat hackers are exchanging notes on how to best scam Facebook users. The one selling like hotcake, because of  usability is NeoApp, a malicious application intended to remotely send spammy messages .

Symantec warned, that malicious application from the likes of  fast flux, have evolved into a user friendly form. Among these, aside from NeoApp, is Tinie and Aber.

 

If hacking is becoming easier by the day with the permission of unsuspecting Facebook users, we should be responsible and  prudent in using 3rd party applications. Otherwise, our account will become a marketing tool of developers and exposed our network to the same risk.
