We have been discussing for a long time cyber bullying here in the Philippines- that this is something that our society do not take seriously yet. We also offerred a proactive solution, and clarified the confusion of Filipinos as to the difference of cyber bullying, cyber harassment and cyber stalking. It’s great that this issue is being recognized now by more sectors. I was alerted this morning by Google alerts that an article in Inquirer mentioned about the efforts of Web Safety Philippines to help equip the community to face the menace and offer our TBYC [Teacher (school)-Barangay [LGUs]-Youth-Churches (&NGOS)] approach.
